Application Information
At this time, grant applications are by invitation only. Returning grantees, please follow the reporting and renewal instructions outlined below.
Reporting and Renewal
Overview
The Foundation utilizes an online grants portal where applicants can submit grant requests and reports, and review their grant history online.
Download the Reporting Outline or application Renewal Outline before beginning to fill out the application. These forms were created to help you prepare your answers to narrative questions ahead of time and also walk you through the documents/attachments you’ll need to upload as part of the process.
We recommend starting to work on your report or renewal application using Microsoft Word or Google Docs rather than in the online forms, particularly if you are working with several people to complete the application. Then, copy and paste your consolidated answers in the online forms.
Our goal is to make the grant process as manageable as possible for prospective grantees. Please direct technical questions and feedback about the application process to Jane Wang, Grants Manager, at jwang@pfs-llc.net.
How to Report
If you were previously a WLS Spencer Foundation grantee and are not planning on reapplying at this time, please submit your online grant report. Review the Reporting Outline to familiarize yourself with the report questions and required documents. Log in to the grants management portal to submit your report.
How to renew
If you are a current grantee and would like to reapply for funding, please contact Jane Wang, Grants Manager, at jwang@pfs-llc.net to receive access to the renewal proposal. Once you’ve received email confirmation that access to the renewal proposal has been established, use your log-in information to access our online grants management portal.
In preparation for the renewal application process, please download the application Renewal Outline, which outlines the information you will need and questions you’ll be asked in the online application.
